Installation and Setup

Be it one office or twenty we can help you devise a rollout plan for gINT. Installing the program is just the beginning. In a multi-office organisation it is paramount to plan the implementation of gINT.  The purchase price is only a small cost of software, inefficient use will cost your organisation much more. We recommend you consider:

• Storage of library files, data templates, and correspondence files on WAN drive for all the company to access, or at least on each office LAN.
• Assign or grow power users who will learn the software's powerful features, help others in the organisation to take full advantage of gINT, and control the corporate gINT template files.
• Initially ask Datgel to develop a limited number of custom reports to get your people working straight away, and then develop in-house skills.
• Ask Datgel to provide initial basic training to all users, and then train a select few in the advanced features of database, report, and gINT Rules development.
• See past the primary concern of producing logs, and consider how gINT can help manage lab data, contaminant data, geophysics, sections, plans…  How can data processing be streamlined?
