How to Order

Place an order using our webstore, or contact us detailing your needs and request a formal quotation.

Payment for software sales must be made up front by either:

  1. Bank transfer in USD, GBP, EUR, SGD, HKD or AUD, please request our bank details. Please email Datgel remittance information when the transfer is made.
  2. Visa, MasterCard or AMEX. Charged in Australian Dollars. Payments through our webstore are surcharge free.  Other orders will have a surcharge; for Visa and MC a surcharge of 2% for Australian customers or 3% for non-Australian customers, and 2.5% for AMEX will be applied to payments.
  3. Cheque, made out to “Datgel Pty Ltd” in Australian Dollars from an Australian Bank.
  4. Cheque, made out to “Datgel Asia Pte Ltd” in Singapore Dollars from a Singaporean Bank.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any bank fees and taxes associated with payment and import etc. Unless otherwise stated, prices quoted on this site are GST exclusive, and only Australian customers will be charged GST. Datgel Asia Pte Ltd is not registered for Singapore GST.
