Datgel License Types

There are three types of Datgel Licenses: Single User, Office Wide and Company Wide Licenses.

Single User License

A Datgel Single User Software Key License allows the Datgel tool to be used on one computer in any office within the organisation.

Office Wide License

A Datgel Office Wide Software Key License allows the Datgel tool to be used on any computer based in the licensed office (one street address).

Companywide License

A Datgel Companywide Software Key License allows the Datgel tool to be used on any computer used by the licensed company.

Discounts

Discounts are based on quantity of licenses of each product purchased simultaneously.

Datgel Support and Maintenance

Datgel products include 12 months Support and Maintenance from the date of purchase. Support and maintenance may also be renewed annually and will only be provided for licenses with a current Support and Maintenance subscription.

When additional licenses are purchased the expiry date will be the same as that of existing licenses.

Single User License

Support will be provided to any employee of a company holding a license.

Office Wide License

Support will only be provided to one technical designated client employee and one IT designated client employee.

Companywide License

Support will only be provided to one technical designated client employee and one IT designated client employee.
